Domestic Violence Charge in WA State

I live in WA state and a domestice violence call is a madatory arrest with probable cause. Me and my boyfriend got in an arguement and i threatened him with a glass bong (his and he is a marijuana patient), threw an ash tray, and a fan, but he got fustrated in the process of leaving and threw a full kitchen sized garbage can at me and it hit me in the face. I called the police and he was arrested and charged with DV. The next day he went to court where he plead guilty and was released and they ordered he not return home or withing 100 feet of me or the residence (no contact order). The police only knew about the ashtray and i later spoke to the prosecutor and explained how much this has ruined my life, my relationship, caused me to be sleepless and not be able to eat. I am also 5 months pregnant with his child and i know in my heart he is not abusive we were just in a rough spot and needed to cool down. He has never hit me before and i am worried sick about him. Where is he staying? How is he eating? Is he alive? Can someone help me. I know he is a good person and i love him alot and i need him to come home.Any help, advice, or information would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

Thanks, K

so he hit you in the face with a trash can, huh?

what does he have to throw at you for you to understand he IS violent? a car? maybe a cat?

i advise therapy. maybe you will also see that you are a violent person that needs help as well. focus on you first. there's a baby on the way. you don't have much time to straighten out it seems.

I highly doubt anyone is going to help you get a abuser back.

It is our unanimous opinion that you are damn right and it should be obvious to any moron that your (ex) (SO’s ex) (boss) (landlord) (local police) should be immediately (jailed) (fired) (reprimanded) (arrested) (demoted) (shot) (evicted).
In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.
