Doubtful or probable???

What is the name of your state? IN an ADULT picked up children, supplied guns, took them and showed them how to use the guns then drove them to shoot to scare people then drove them home What are the chances that he will be LET OFF ???? Would a judge actually let him slide????? Needless to say he was released on $1,000.00 bond over a month ago while the children are incarcerated (going on 2 months ) for possibly the next 5 years. Juvenile judge said adult better get worse but he wouldn't have any say in it would he?
