Driving On Restricted License

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? FL
Anyone know what the penalty is for driving on restricted license for other than business use? I got in the car with a friend, realized he was too intoxicated to drive so I drove the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was stopped for going 9 miles over the speed limit and was given a speeding ticket and told to go to court on the violation of restricted license. I am due to be released from probation this week for a DUI (First DUI and I completed all requirements) Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
