Recently I was charged with drug possesion. I want to know how someone can get charged when they were in the car with the person who had the drugs, and admitted it was theirs? Why was I charged for possesion when it wasn't in my possesion? Now I have to go to court for drugs that weren't mine, and will probally get convicted because the cops "ASSUMED" it was all of ours. Is there anything I can do to help my chances in court? Thank you for your time
