What is the name of your state? California

I recently recieved a drunk in public in santa clara county. I am worried because i have a DUI from last year. Is this a serious Probation violation? Should i hire a lawyer? is there any chance of jail time? thank you

It very well can be a serious violation (I do not believe there are any NONSERIOUS Probation violations). Hire an attorney and go to rehab.
