evading arrest in vehicle

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS.....i was driving very slowly and half asleep, (10-15mph)...not sure how long i was followed. I have already plead n/c to driving w/ invalid license, no insurance, and POP. I was not intentionally evading however. Im not asking whether or not im a good or a bad person. I have prior misdemeanors but no felonies. Im asking if anyone could give me an idea of what kind of offers/plea bargains i am likely to be looking at ?
