What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? South Dakota

Hello I was arrested last sept and the police took all my stuff. My case was dropped in march and i have been trying to get my stuff back from evidence. The attorny that represented me helped me get some of my stuff back but my phone is still in evidence. My attorny no longer represents me and i was wondering what can i do to get my phone back from evidence.
