Evidence for warrant

Im from Missouri and I was just wondering if you can be arrested or even charged with a felony or any crime for that matter just because one person said that you commetted a crime? Especially if that person has a criminal background. There is no evidence or any other witnesses just one 18 year old with a record.

Is it possible to be arrested or charged? Sure. Is it likely to get a conviction? Maybe. Who knows?

But it all depends upon the circumstances and the nature of the crime.
