also.. another question...

been told to write a letter thru the jail mail .. to the da of case..

stating

i request a evidentuary hearing as my legal rights so that all evidence against me can be heard.



if they indict me before they give me an evidentuary hearing.. they charges can be thrown out..

is this true?????????
