Execution of a warrantWhat is the name of your state? I live in Washington State, but this may actually just apply to the whole country, I'm not sure. I've had the good fortune not to have legal troubles at this point in my life, but this is a question that's been bothering me. In my Criminal Law class we were discussing a search conducted on an office where a classmate works where an agent refused to show her the search warrant he had for the office. But if I remember correctly, any agent or law enforcement official is legally obligated to show a search warrant to any requesting involved parties but I can't remember the title that states this. I know I am going to feel especially stupid when I get an answer but if anyone can tell me what it is, I'd appreciate it. |

| Sorry, we don't do homework.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
