What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

I am a college student in the state of Oregon. A while back I made some stupid decisions and got charged with shoplifting and then theft in another incident about a year later. Is there any way that I can eventually get these expunged so they don't damage my employment opportunities? Thanks.

You might want to consult an attorney, but from what you've posted you may not be eligible to have those convictions expunged. Your conviction have to be at least three years old in order to be expunged. In addition to that since you have a second conviction for the same crime that may preclude you from being eligible.
