Expungement of Arrest Record in Ohio

What is the name of your state? Ohio.

I was falsely arrested in June 2004 for a 5th degree Felony for Impurtuning. My case went to the grand jury and the gave a NO BILL, no indictment was found.

I recently have applied and will receive a professional job in my trade very soon, they said that they needed to do a background check on myself. Knowing that the arrest record will show (I just did one for an adoption of my step-daughter a month ago) I would like to know how fast I can have this arrest expunged. Also I want to know if anyone else from Ohio has had just an arrest record expunged? Keeping in mind there was not even an indictment on this charge.

Also, I know that a company can do whatever they wish, but is it wrong legally for them to deny me employment because of this arrest, even though no indictment was given?
