Expungement or Pardon

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Occured in Delaware

In 2006 I received a probation before judgement, then in 2008 I was convicted of Offensive touching (a minor assault charge) and the 2 other charges in the case were dismissed. Does anyone know if I am still eligible for my recoed to be expunged? Delaware law requires only 1 conviction to be on a persins record in order for it to be expunged, but probation before judgement is not a conviction, right?......
