hello there...
im american... with a misdemeanor forgery and misdemeanor trespassing both from one case when i was 20 years old in OHIO... im 24 years old now.
i want to marry my fiancee who is canadian and we plan to live in toronto.
the problem is that immigraiton in canada may reject my application when they find out that i have NOT one charge but TWO!
i was wondering if expunging those charges is possible, and if yes, how long does the process takes if a good lawyer rushes it?
much thanks in advance.
