expunging police records

undefinedWhat is the name of your state?Missouri
I received a peace disturbance summons and arrested for dom. assault 3rd for which both were refused from the city of St. Louis. I feel like a convicted felon for I have been denied employment based on my arrest record and I have never been to court. Can these records be expunged?
