What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma

during an argument - my wife filed for a VPO, which she vacated 3 days later - when she filed, she was convinced to file Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery charges by the sherrif to "help make the VPO stick"

Obviously, we worked things out and she vacatee the VPO and told the DA she would not, under any circumstances, participate in the prosecution on the domestic charges. After taken a few courses, the DA dismissed charges. The criminal side of these charges are now done and it's time to expunge my record.

I have never beenin trouble before (except a single traffic ticket way back) and do not have a record other that this one incident.

How difficult is it to expunge and seal the arrest record and expunge the VPO? is there are a timeframe I must work within, or a waiting period before I can start this process?

What should I expect to pay to have an attorney do this, and is an attorney really needed to complete this process?
