What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida.

Hello,

Hope this is in the right place.

I want to know what my options are, if I have any, for sealing or expunging something I have on my record. I'm referring to a single count of stalking (misdemeanor) that I was found guilty of 3 years ago. I have nothing else on my record. It's really an aberration. Can I have it expunged/sealed/??? so that particular blemish is not accessible to employers? What options do I have and how much would it cost to pursue those options?

Thanks for your help with these questions.

You can't, you do not meet the elements for expunction or sealing a record.

Has not been adjudicated guilty of, or adjudicated delinquent for committing, any of the acts stemming from the arrest or alleged criminal activity to which the petition pertains.
