does anyone know how long IL can hold someone for another state?

Are you fighting it? The extradition I mean. If you are fighting it they can hold you until the courts decide if you are going back or not.

If you are not fighting it they will hold you until the authorities from the other state come and get you.

he signed a waiver of extradition. he's just waiting here for missouri to come get him.
