What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

My niece is staying in my house while on probation. When an PO comes to search, what, if any, are the limitations on the search. Just her room? Or my entire house?

Thanks.

Anywhere she has ready access to. So, if your room does not have a lock on the door and they have any reason to believe she has access to the room, that, too, can be searched.

This is one of the pitfalls of having a probationer or a parolee live with you - the whole household has to potentially suffer the pitfalls of that darn search clause.
