extradite


What is the name of your state? Fl My faince is a inmate in Florida prison his released date is NOv 2004 . A warrant came up from NY Brooklyn Kings county from 1993 IN 1994 he was stopped for traffic violation the warrant came up they held him for 30 days then released him saying Fl didn't want to extradite , in 1996 he was sent to prison in Fl released in 1999 Ny didn't take him then in 2000 put on probation here in Fl now the warrant came up again do you think NY will extradite this time

Doubtful unless it's a serious felony.

Pay the fine and be done with it. Not worth the headache.
