Am moving to Nevada where it is the law that I must register as a convicted felon in 48 hrs. I have warrants here in OK. for failure to pay on the fines on felony charges. I have discharged all cases and have not gotten any other felony charges since 1999. when I go to register in Nevada will they extradite me back to Oklahoma on not paying fines?
