Failure to Appear

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Idaho

I have a friend that was arrested due to the fact that he had a warrant for a failure to appear. The reason he was not able to appear at his court date is because he was in custody in another county. My question is how do I get him out without paying the bail, as I am not able to afford it at this time.
