failure to complete comunnity service without being on probation

i live in west virginia and my fiance just got arrested for failure to complete comunity service which he thought he completed in 2007. how long can they hold him in jail for?

Did he not submit a completion of probation to the court back in 2007?

By failing to complete the terms of probation, he has violated his probation and can be sentenced to the maximum sentence for the crime he was initially found guilty of.
