Arreted, Jailed, Violated rights took my guns

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Arizona. Tempe

Kept it short.

The problem to me is. I bought both of those guns at a Shop around 2006.
Passed the Federal security Checks both times.

The first encounter I was arrested, let go 2 hours later. No charges
My handgun was not returned after it was removed for my side holster.
Which was in plain view. I was told it was pending when I asked about
getting my gun back.

2 months later they took my gun out of my backpack that was holstered
after I said they could look in the bag. This time I was arrested
for being a felon in possession of a fire arm. I spent 1 week in jail.

I am not a felon...... I had a case about 1985 that was a felony,
that dropped down to a misdemeanor. Which I am 100% sure of.

I am lost. What are my rights? They have my guns.
I am almost evicted from missing work.
My house was burglarized while I was in jail...

Any and all help is appreciated.

Thank you in advance

Damn good attorney would be my first line of defense.

I'm sure you understand this isn't a DIY project. You might pay to have a criminal background check done to see what is out there for others to see.

Be aware that what is in the NCIC database may be different from, and more complete than what the company providing background checks can offer.

What do you mean it was dropped down to a misdemeanor? Was this before you were convicted or after? What is your defense as to the concealed weapon charge?
This is not a cut and dry issue.
