False Arrest - what kind of lawer

What is the name of your state? Louisiana

If we're considering filing false arrest charges what kind of lawyer do we need?

A lawyer who has experience suing the city/county government. Assuming that you cannot find a referral from a friend, look in the phone book for lawyers, starting with the personal injury ones (since they are more likely to work for individuals than normal business and corporate lawyers).
