After being detained in custody on charges of attempted murder of 6 Police officers, I was released and charges were dropped by the Judge of the Lower court, reasons being that, the video evidence shows the sworn testimony given by police officers is at odds with the facts. Two weeks latter the prosecutor appealed my released that. there are evidence for assulting the same Police officers based on the same video evidence and that I have to be detained.
Please, do I have adequate grounds for a civil rights complaint or to file suit against the Police department also for making a punishable false written statement when they knowingly makes a false statement, which they do not believe to be true, in a written instrument, considering the earlier false attempted murder charges I was faced with? What should be my line of action?

I know nothing of your state or your case or your facts. But, from what little you have posted, I'd say BE QUIET. Don't say anything until you talk with your attorney. Get an attorney and ONLY talk with him. PERIOD. You are in a heap of trouble no matter what the facts are. Stay cool. Get representation. SHUT UP!!!!!!!
