What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington State. I currently have charges against me and the official police report is absolutely full of deliberate falsehoods. The officer preparing the police report literally had no regard for honesty or accuracy and made many statements in her report, I believe intentionally, that are completely untrue. Some of this can be corroborated by a third party witness. Is there any legal action that can be taken against the officer responsible for these reports if this can be proven.
