What is the name of your state? New York
I got fingerprints and sent away for my FBI Identification record. It came back clean (despite a minor conviction - resisting an officer - a few years back). Does this mean that any NCIC check run on me would also come up clean, or are these two repositories completely separate and there's still a chance my conviction might show up?
