What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? NY

I was convicted on securities fruad, i served my time and then placed on probation (supervised release) for 3 years,
After 1 1/2 years i absconded supervision, and left the country.
I know their is a warrant for my arrest because federal marshals visited my
parents. Will this arrest warrant go global ? or on the intrepol ?
another words would they also seek extradition from any country?
I only absconded supervision, i did not commit another crime.
I would like to know this.

Thank you so much,
Dennis Salazar

Of course, no one can answer as to exactly what might happen... but the answer is yes, any or all of those COULD happen.

I only absconded supervision, i did not commit another crime.
Actually, you did. Your failure to comply with the terms of your probation is another charge.... and can result in the re-imposition of your original sentence.

I understand that i violated the terms,
but your telling me that the interpol would get involved in such petty
cases,
How many warrants and violations are out there?
It would be nuts to think that all of them are on the interpol,
i dont know this, and thats why i am trying to get some answers.

A likely scenario is you have contact with the police in the country you are now living and a check shows your conviction. Based on this they decide to deport you as an undesirable. US immigration is notified and they would likely deliver you to the proper authorities when you arrive based on an outstanding warrant. Unless you are wanted for a serious federal crime, it is highly unlikely a foreign police agency will track you down and return you to the US.

Nope. I NEVER said that!! I said that it COULD "go global or on the intrepol?"**************.. not that it would.

Depends.... what do you mean by 'out there'???

I need to first give my sincere thanks to both of you for taking the time out of your life to give advise to someone who is a bit lost.
I have a quick question: Are both of you attorneys?

In regards to the check, how does a foreign country have any access to
federal database? if so they would then see the warrant right?
But all this does not make any sense to me, why would a federal warrant for a stupid violation show up in the interpol or some local police station in wherever? The local police in the usa dont have access to FBI files on warrants, if i get pulled over by a highway patrol, i know that he will not have records of me being a federal ex con.

If there was a way to check with border controls to see if i am wanted and all is clear, would that be a good way to know?

All of my questions seem so stupid, i am acting as if i am a major drug lord or mass murderer to say the least. For heavan sakes, all i did was jump supervision,
Is there any country i should stay away from?
I dont have any plans to return to the USA, but thats besides the piont.
I know the FBI has offices now in like 48 countrys, does that have anything to do with warrants for probation,
Bottom line is:
with the information of me absconding supervision, more then a year ago,
served my time in Prison, think that a traveling will show up in the interpol?
And even if it doesnt, should i think that a country with good relations with the USA export me back if they know, or even is the Federal Marshals putting this on the Interpol?
What way does any country know about any warrants unless its on the Interpol?, my concern is two fold, travel and stay at new country.
Please give your thoughts

I asked about in general how many federal arrest warrants are outstanding in the USA?

ITs very vague to say it could go global not that it would....
Interpol has criteria, will federal marshals put probation violation (absconding)
in the interpol? i would think they spend their time more on real guys, drug lords, espionage, woman dealers, murderers, you get the piont.

O.k.
What your talking about is you commited a felony. Broke parole, and fleed.
That right there is considered in most states to be willfull Escape.
With you being under a parole order as well.
That would bring back your first imposed sentence.
I'm not an attorney and know that.
Now can they expedit you from another country? YES absolutly.
The United States has agreements for expediton in almost allcountrys.
If they want you they will send the Fed's over to get you.
It used to be where you could just go to south America.. Not anymore.

The state of Tennessee just recently went down and picked someone up down there. Felony warrant.

Your probably going to go to prison no matter what. You havent yet returned to the US. But you will in one way or another.
Your best bet is to call the FBI and turn yourself in.
Get it over with...

That dosent matter.. You still skipped on your imposed sentence from the bench.
Which means they will bring back your full imposed sentence before you plead in the first place..
