Feeling extremely paranoidI'm from Mississippi. Last year I was falsely accused of a sex crime against one of my 17 year old employees. I have been indicted and am awaiting trial. My wife and I are now particuarly estranged, since she has now moved in with her new boyfriend and tensions are high. She has threatened to visit the district attorney handling my case in order to testify against me. Of course, this would be false testimony. Could she testify against me if she so choses? |

| Of course if she approaches the prosecution with damning testimony, they would want her to testify. However, I was under the impression that conversations that I had or supposedly had with her were privileged. |
