Felony Estate Fraud

What is the name of your state? NM
This issue starts in Texas, but the defendant lives in Arizona. Family members in Texas are charging my brother with the above. I do not know the basis of the charge, but have several questions regarding procedure: (1) How will they question him from Texas? (2) Will the prosecution extradite him to Texas for questioning? (3) What rights does he have regarding an attorney? (4) Can he fight extradition? The family members will not share information as they know my brother and I are close. The charge may have some validity, but again it could be a revenge thing (some family members not receiving their expected share of our late mother's estate). My brother had a Statutory, Durable POA for our late mother and settled the estate. Helping my brother is important to me and I do not want him to take off somewhere. Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated.
