Is it possible to be prosecuted for felony evasion if you are unaware that you are being persued?

How do you plan to prove that?

I'm not going to go look it up, but i imagine it involves fleeing or evading at high speed or in a dangerous manner. It should be pretty obvious you're running.

Now, if you keep driving at the speed limit and obey all the traffic laws, i suppose you can argue idiocy.
