two months ago i was banned from my local tribal casino because one of the people i was there with tricked me into drinking waaaay waaaay to much and when i lost all my money i got really mad and supposedy verbally assaulted the dealer and exposed myself to a waitress. thats not my problem though. I didnt get in any trouble with the law. my only punishment was being banned from the casino for life. this is where my problem starts... last week my favorite band, Foreigner, was coming to play there and i knew that i wasnt supposed to go but i did anyway and the same friend got me really drunk again!!! i ended up climbing over the barricade to try to get on stage and exposed myself to the security guards. i was arrested and charged for felony trespassing. i know i shouldnt have gone back to the casino but if it werent for my friend i wouldnt have gotten caught. i think i am goin to get a public defender. what technicalities might i be able to use to get out of this? it happended on tribal land which is technically not us soil so would i get charged by the us or by the indians?

I recommend G. Armstrong Custer, Esq. for your defense attorney. He is good at fighting Indians.
If found guilty you could be hamstrung or tied to post on an anthill.

He is in the refrigerated section of your grocery store. If you can't find him by yourself, ask Col. Mustard or Prof. Plum. They are all there somewhere.

I only know him by reputation. Try the yellow pages or call information.
Now, he may be quite busy fighting other Indians with his defense team, but he may be able to come to the rescue.
Last I heard they were in Montana, about to put the Indians on the stand.

Oh yes.
He's a real straight shooter. He'll fight those Indians to the last man.
