What is the name of your state? California

Hello,

I was convicted 20 years ago of a violation of section 487.1. I recently filed a 1203.4 with the local Superior Court and it was granted. I did not know about needing to file a 17(b) before-hand to restore my rights as the local court website did not have the information on that. Should I file for a Petition for a Pardon (4852.01) or can I still file a 17(b), even though the 1203.4 states that the conviction was set aside and charges dismissed?
