Pennsylvania- I have an 85 year old uncle, who is being robbed of his life savings by two other nieces. One is suing him for $275,000 of his own money and the other had herself appointed power of attorney for him. She and her husband sold his house and threw out all his belongings, even family photos. He now resides in a personal care home, but they control all of his money and list his address as New Jersey, where they reside. He lives in the Overbrook section of Pittsburgh. He is so intimidated by these two, that he is afraid to take any kind of action. How can I help him and report them?
