Couple friends of mine were caught lighting off some fireworks over the weekend. Police showed up and were extremely rude calling all of us @$#Holes. Anyway, The police took the un-lit fireworks and did not arrest anyone. Can they come and arrest them after the fact? They did not take any statements or names but the police know the people that were shooting these fireworks.
