flight from bail and trial overseas


What is the name of your state? california listen three year ago i was arreste in californai for stolen rental car and forgery I bail out at twenty thousands dollar made a couple of court apenrances and jump bail and went oversea to live that was three years ago I know must go home because of sickness in my family live in another state is it safe to go back to america with a arrest warrant out on me so long as i ddont go to state that i sommitted the crime and jump bail. I was told its safe asa long as it not a federal crime and i dont step foot in california
