florida hotel/motel mgt.-may they legally give law enforcement guest's room number and name? if so, where will i find this statute/case?

hotel/ motel management are not allowed to permit entry into a room without a warrant as long as the bill is paid current, they can however divulgethe room number and billing information, because there is no expectation of privacy in commercial transactions. united states freedom of information act.
