my IDENTIFICATION and PERSONAL CHECKS,were misused by my ex girl friend,while i was out of country.
i did order FBI(FOI/PA) TO SEE WETHER THEY HAVE BAD INFOS ABOUT ME IN THE SYSTEM,like arrest warrant or so.request came back with(no records were located after search).
would they realy disclose wether a warrant is out or not??
if they dont,would they have told me,we couldnt reveal suck informations instead of saying,no records found after we searched ur name in the syste??

Would they tell you about a warrant? Maybe. Maybe not.

The court issuing the warrant would generally be required to tell you with the right request. Oh, and the FBI would almost certainly not be involved.

Have you reported this misuse (whatever it was) to the police?
