Forgery/uttering vs Theft by fraud

What is the name of your state? Wisconsin Back in February I was investigated for theft by fraud now I looked in our states court records and today and charges were filed against me on Forgery/Uttering what is the difference? The charge filed today is a class H felony. What does that mean ? is that a real serious felony or is it a low key felony? And it 3 charges against me ? None of which I have done. This is just a former friend who made a mistake on her own checking account and is passing blame on someone else.
