free by mistake

times new romanWhat is the name of your state?New York state......Got arrested for a burg, went in front of a judge for a old bench warrent,it was vacated and I was told to wait in the hallway. Now I have not been to arrainment yet for the burg charge, But I left the court house. My question is cawn I be charged with escape or can I be re arrested on that same burg charge.

Not smart. I'm guessing a bench warrant is on the way.

You have three options:
1. Turn yourself in.
2. Wait to get caught.
3. Run like mad.
