Friend in need of advice

My friend is siting in jail right now for felony reckless endangerment,felony evading arrest,driving on a suspended licence,and aggravated assault.He ran olny because of the licence. How STUPID!!
He has never been in any trouble before besides the licence being suspended for not going to driving school.What is he looking at???Please reply
