Question

Fruad

questions: (San Diego, CA) I found out that this girl I know is collecting welfare, while she is married to a guy who is in the Navy. and they live on the military base. how can i go about reporting? and what kind of crime are they committing, also this is not the first time she has collected welfare while being married, she has also collected welfare in texas and in california at the same time.
