green card

What is the name of your state?
tx

i was very curious when my fiance was arrested in dec 2006. im really curious in knowing that will he get his green card now? his green card was approved like a yr ago but he didnt get it till now. is it true than when somone has a record that they hav been arrested, they cant get a green card or citizenship?
