gun charge in brooklyn


What is the name of your state? ny
walking with a group of friends when unmarked car stops and driver calls me to car i run home they catch me in my drive way the officer says he saw me throw something so he takes out flashlight and looks through the fence of the driveway doesnt see anything so he begins to climb fence my father tells him its pivate property he then hops the ten foot gate start looking around and find a gun in the backyard.
im charged with possesion of the gun and i wanna no about suppression laws and how i could get the case thrown out

Get a lawyer , you'll need one .

The cops had every right to go retrieve the gun that they seen you throw .

You think officers aren't allowed to chase criminals through home owners yards ?

Citizens don't like it when people with no need carry guns on the streets .
