handwritten California deed

What i kind of information is necessary to make a handwritten California real estate deed legal? What type of deed would it be catagorized as? If this deed isn't notorized or recorded, would a properly recorded quitclaim deed take presidence over it?

You will be more likely to get an answer if you asked your question in the real estate forum. Your question has nothing to do with arrests, searches or warrants.

Wrong section, unless you were arrested because of this deed, you need to post in the other section.

Don't take my word on these things, look up the laws yourself. Look for your state's legislature page, you can find them there.

There are a wide range of people on this forum, don't expect all of us to be friendly, especially if you are not.
