What is the name of your state? I live in the state of Georgia.

What exaxctly is reckless conduct? My 20 year old daughter was arrested and charged with reckless conduct. She allegedly put my son out of the car and drove off about 50 yards before , backing up.

Well, gee... thanks for being brief, but a few more details would be nice.

Age of son? Was this on a crowded street? Was the car aimed at your son, or was anyone in the way of this vehicle? Come on, tell me a story....
