What is the name of your state? Texas, Back in 2002 I was in Mt. Pleasant, TX. I was accused and arrested along with my brother. We were both charged with Burglary of a Building, He did 6 months and didn't go to court until the day before He was released. I was charged and spent one night in jail. But I have never went to court for it and On August 24, 2005 it will be 3 years. What is the Staute of Limitaions for them to take me to court?
