Help!!!

My friend was arrested and charged with armed robbery by his room mate. The roommate went to the Sheriff's station @ 8am on 5-11 and proclaimed that my friend took 65.00 from him at gun point along with 2 other people. That afternoon the police called my house and asked us to come in to be arrested for this crime. I was only questioned. Then the magestry let him go but he has a court date. The other boys were brought in earlier that day and questioned arrested and let go, for the time being. Now, get this. The night before we all were at the house and the roomate was there. We all talked kidded and whatever. The roomate was allowed to use my friends cell phone to call his girl. We all pitched in to move a 500 pound weight bench on the back of my truck. We all left except the roomate. delivered the weight bench and then my friend and i went into town to gas up. We saw the roommate walking the road at that time, about 9:30p. We waved to him and went to my house. Didn't know anything about it till the next evening when the police called for us to come in. Then after all the BS at the police station we went to his house were I saw his roomate lying on the sofa asleep. I took my friend back to the police station and had him removed from the house. The police came and got him. Havent' seen him since, rumor has it that he went home to momma in NC. But we are still left with a court date in the near future. I am trying to find cases on the internet to take to my lawyer. Oh, by the way, none of these boys owned or had a gun. And I personally know that nothing like that happened there cause I was there the entire time. Can anyone help
