help me fast...

My fiance and I had a warrant for our arrest, we are from ohio and they came to our place of biz and broke the door in the charge was Passing bad checks totalling less than 800.00..anyhow we were taken to jail while we wee there local sherriff takes it upon themselves to execute a searc of our shop findin some drug paraphanelia,and took our safe from behind a false wall...they were doing this w/o our consent and nobody was there but them, what can I do?

- What can you do? Probably nothing, they don't need your consent nor are you required to be there when they execute the search warrant. You could try to get an attorney to challenge the probable cause for the search warrant but i doubt it would fly.
